      The Sales leadership at Banner is great! They will do everything possible to help you succeed. Very much an open door policy. Supportive management team.

      Expensive benefits, lose good people because of the out of pocket cost.

      Pros

      Seems aggressive & enthusiastic to help you find a job at first. Can't think of anything else and just filling this space until I reach the required amount of words or more in this section, which is ridiculous and annoying.

      Cons

      Matches you with bunky positions and doesn't always respond when reaching out for job assistance . Old school with having to have time sheet physically signed and dated by client.
