Pros

You must enter 5 words for pros.

Cons

Favoritism toward workers who keep "buddy-buddy" relationships with management. Well paid positions are only hired from within, even with an outside job posting. Promises of promotion with no execution. Very little communication within management, creating unnecessary confusion and blame is put on employees who are told multiple different things. HR is inexperienced and seen crying during meetings with management, but pushes "professionalism" and "good morale." CEO doesn't seem to know who is responsible for what and lashes out at his employees due to his own lack of understanding of how things are done. You can work here and survive if you are a single person with no dependents and minimal financial responsibilities.

Pros

Culture matters. Employee improvement suggestions are heard, implemented, and rewarded. Pay is better than average in the area due to unique work, Actual profit-sharing bonuses based on performance. Free food trucks every month and they try not to hire jerks. That really helps.

Cons

Training can always get better, no matter how successful you are. That shows commitment to improvement- not allowing yourself to simply coast, or to teach out-of-date information.

Pros

The company respects all of its employees and offers everyone, both shop and office employees, the best compensation, benefits, PTO, etc. They are amazing at working with everyone on things that may be going on in their personal lives, and trying to be as flexible as possible. They are constantly working to improve areas of safety around the shop, as well as working to continuously improve the quality of the machines and equipment. They are also implementing quality checks to help keep up with the growing demands of their products.

Cons

There are a lot of departments within this company, and the training can be a long process.
