      Work with phenomenal people 90-minute fitness lunches Gym, basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, disc golf course, cafeteria and Montessori school all on site Great health insurance

      Cons

      While there is certainly flexibility as things come up, there is no work from home policy

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
