Pros
Been here 6 months and I do strongly feel it is a very inclusive and positive culture. They have beens o good with flexible working all along and only have been asked to come in more. I am very grateful and appreciate how considerate the management have been. When many of the tech giants have made their staff come back to work fulltime, we are still being offered so much flexibility. Not many people acknowledge how inclusive and open minded the leadership have been. There is a lot of mixed views about the return to office policy, I will just say that we got to remember that the world has moved on and it's now time for us get on that train. The organisation offers more positives than not, so i am going to focus on that.
Cons
sometimes the comm's from the leaders can be better managed/positioned. It can come off inconsistent. Some of the Voxbone employees can be a bit bitter, i wish they decide if they would pick a side.
