      Thinking, challenging status quo, growth encouraged. Developers I work with are extremely talented and intelligent. At the same time, there are not arrogant jerks.

      It is going through rapid growth and global focus. This means that there is constant change. There is not always clear priorities, or the priorities are changing

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
