      Pros

      I have worked at Bandwidth for year now and couldn't be happier. Its so refreshing to work with people who not only care about the core mission but also care about you. There is a lot of focus on work life balance which helps me be more productive during the day and do my job to the best of my ability. If you are looking to learn and grow in your career, Bandwidth is the place for you.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
