      Pros

      90 minute lunches to work out/sports, paid healthcare premiums, great culture and worklife balance, very transparent, they have an AMA with the CEO every few weeks where you can ask anything directly

      Cons

      Salary could be better, but other benefits kinda make up for it

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
