      I love working for Bandwidth ! Great company, CEO, employee's and management. I love the quarterly challenges that really brings the company together. The benefits and perks the company offers really creates an equal work/life balance. Great opportunity for growth and learning.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
