      Pros

      Relaxed work environment, flexible WFH, strong benefits and a Whole Person Promise. Work out at lunch with a free gym membership to NC state with shuttles. Quarterly reviews focus on your professional development and engaging with your interests.

      Cons

      Sales calls the shots, which means product strategy is chasing each "whale" like a headless chicken, as technical debt and toothpick-and-bubblegum infrastructure piles up. Lack of technical aptitude on the sales / product side leads to burdensome customer commitments and tight deadlines.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
