Ballet Jewels was a great company when it was owned by Tommy Bass... Now just a shell - Sales Ballet Jewels Employee Review

This is my first real job our of college and it has been a great experience. The VP of sales is very hands on and great at explaining the big picture. I work with the sales associate most of the time, and it's great working on a project together. The entire team is very nice and welcoming so I felt comfortable here when starting. There's definitely room for growth, everyone here has been with the company for such a long time.

It can get overwhelming during market and post market but that will happen in any job.

This is not your typical OR ideal workplace…it’s less than… poorly managed…I unfortunately wouldn’t even recommend new graduates to apply here… you have a better chance developing your skills and learning the PROPER way the industry operates elsewhere …I’m warning you! If you are reading this….believe the bad reviews! This is not a joke.

Dirty work environment, no one is friendly in the office, the company doesnt put money back into their employees with holiday parties etc. There is no summer Fridays…you dont grow in this company or learn much of anything. Their process is dated. No one in the company actually went to school for this field. You work with a lot of lovely immigrants who don’t speak English ! because they want to cut cost. No diversity and inclusion…POC run. Or maybe the Spanish immigrants cover that for them lol I don’t know but they aren’t valued or even accounted for at times…so RUN! Don’t apply lol
