I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ballet Jewels (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
it was a thorough and fair interview with a lot of questions about my jewelry making ability and previous experiences. I got a phone call for an in person interview, I came in and interviewed with sherry burns and was asked about my creative processes. I was offered the position and there was room for salary negotiation.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ballet Jewels (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
I was first called in for an interview with HR. The woman was very nice and asked all the basic interview questions. Second round was with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, followed by meeting the CEO. He set up a last round for me to meet with one of the sales executives. I met with the sales executive and her assistant, who I eventually was hired to work under. Everyone was very engaging and easy to talk to, I felt like I was having a real conversation with each person rather than an interview.
