Pros
Management seems to listen to suggestions and is seeking to improve. Company is growing fast and seems to want to make sure it evolves as it grows. The mission is great. Get people moving, and the clients are mostly a lot of really cool solo entrepreneurial women building a business around helping people.
Cons
Its still small. There isn't always a role open to grow into. Its not growing like a start up at 100% a year where there is always a place to take on a larger role.
