Pros
You will never forget to ask in an interview what the staff turnover is. If it's high that is a huge indicator that something is not right. Especially when a director of the company who was the only one who seemed to bring anything good to the company mysteriously disappears. Any job you ever have after here will be a million times better, it cannot get any worse.
Cons
You will be employed to do a specific job, however after a month or so they will start to micro manage you. You will then become a puppet doing what they want, as they suck out your soul and chip away at your confidence. They have issues with power and ego, they can't handle other people doing a job better than them and they can't bear to relinquish responsibility so they micro manage and make your life hell. Another way their egos have a hugely negative effect is they mainly employ woman and if they see you to be more attractive, more intelligent, in any way better than them, they get incredibly jealous and will make your life a misery. They must always be the queen bees in the office. They are a hugely dishonest company who lack accountability. I can't emphasise enough how awful a place this is. Do not waste your time even considering a job there.
