Despite you work in a client, BairesDev provides all the support with an internal team. Also there is a big community of people working in the company and the community is very active which helps many times.

Need to negociate well the sallary, the initial offers are very far from what is payed in the US.

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.

Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
