      Pros

      I love the autonomy we get to work without being constantly checked all day. it is great because you can work from anywhere you want and we get the holidays off, even if it is only a local holiday where you are. The company is growing so there's plenty of room for people to grow with it.

      Cons

      In many countries, they only hire as contractors so there are no additional benefits besides salary.
