- Salary is paid every month on the specified time frame
- They search the jobs for you so you don't have to do that
- In my case, I work from home. They give you latitude to make your own hours as long as you are available to the client in their business hours.
- You an assigned manager that acts as an interface between you and the company. I've worked with three different ones so far, and all have been positive experiences.
- They pay in US dollars
Cons
- Salary is not up to the industry standard for my country (Brazil).
- Although I had a raise after one year, I thought it was very little (100 dollars raise)
- Depending on the project you might not get the sense of being part of the company
- Very little contact with them, apart from Manager and sometimes the Recruiter.

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.
Cons
Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
