People are treated like cogs in a machine. They hide information from you. If you are too good you'll get fired. No way to grow. They will exploit you until burnout.
If you have any other alternative or if you are already working in BairesDev (or another crappy contractor) leave if you have other offers (Even if the salary is not as good). If you decide to work in BairesDev, You'll have to go to terrible onboarding processes, unneeded PIPs, red-tape, no way to get a better salary unless hitting them with counter-offers, will ask you actively to snitch the client for them, and if you get too good and payed too well, when a project finishes, you'll be fired faster than light.
