      Pros

      Beaucoup d'avantages sont à mentionner, dont 6 semaines de congès, pouvoir bénéficier d'une semaine supplémemtaire en participant à un trip (quasiment payé par la société) , participer à la fete annuelle Backroads... Mais le plus important est l'ambiance conviviale que l'on retrouve ici. Tout est fait pour le bien être du salarié, et croyez moi tout le monde s'y retrouve!

      Cons

      Pour être honnête, je ne le serai pas, si je devais mentionner un inconvenient.

      Pros

      I find that its a great workplace where folks are encouraged to speak up, take initiative, and problem solve together. I think it reflects well that there are many tenured people at the company.

      Cons

      There are many systems that do not always seamlessly work together so it can take extra effort to find the resources that exist & high cost of living in Bay Area can be challenging to keep up with.
