Long but rewarding days that always go by quickly. Opportunity to travel the world and meet some amazing, likeminded people.

Cons

Scheduling preference and elevated roles sometime seems to be given to people with strong personalities versus those with more tenure/experience

Fun job, fun people, fun time with good money (if you're lucky).

Cons

They kind of own you for the summer periods you work. You don't really have any say on where you go, how much you'll work, what your days off are, etc.
