      Pros

      Joining BABOR has been one of the best professional decision I have made. The people, culture and vision are really great. As a woman in the leadership, I have been able to voice my opinions openly and been part of the decision process. I have a very open and clear communication with everyone in the organization and my direct manager. Everyday I have the opportunity learn and growth through the different ideas across the team members, that have made me a wiser professional. I am really happy of been part of the BABOR Family and looking forward for the years to come.

      None really. As any other growing company, frequent dynamic movements.

      Pros

      The best of all worlds; the Americas Division has an entrepreneurial culture of a small company with the ability to make big changes quickly which has yielded continual year-over-year growth. Along with the stability, security and structure of a large global corporation which is represented in over 70 countries. And the heart and compassion for people and personal growth as the company has remained family owned for over 60 years. It’s a fun and rewarding experience!

      Pros

      Great products and fantastic marketing strategies from Germany, that we needed to replicate in the U.S.A market.

      Cons

      The brand isn't recognized within the US, except for Spa businesses. The leadership team wasn't effective. It is a different company culture, that could be tough.
