-EXTREMELY low pay compared to the market average -Several associates work remotely on a full time basis but management does not allow for new hires/other current employees to work remotely. Lack of fairness that causes issues between the folks that are remote and those that are not. -Lack of direction. Lots of meetings so management seems like it’s involved, but zero follow up after those meetings. -Heavy push for use of AI -Massive lack of diversity - HR consists of ONE person
