Interview
The first interview took place over Zoom. The interview involved two people who asked the typical first interview questions about my past work experience and details about the job itself.
First of two interviews.
This was an excellent, thorough interview that provided a great feel for the company and its culture.
Their HR team was very up front with next steps, and I was able to meet a handful of team members.
I accepted another offer, but would consider applying at Babcox again.

They asked me to talk through previous experience and managing multiple elements of media/comm at a time.

Interview
The interview was between with the IT Director and the HR Manager. Questions asked were a mix between general professional attitude, interest in the position, and technical ability. They really put a lot of effort into making sure they gave an accurate account of what the company culture was and emphasized that while technical ability is important to the job, making sure we were a good fit for each other (candidate and company) was also very important.
