      Pros

      Nice co-workers and atmosphere. Top notch equipment and facilities. Benefits are affordable. Great place to get post college experience. Sensitive to my family's needs. The majority of employees have over 15 years with the company.

      Cons

      A lot of the people at the top and middle of the company have been with the company a very long time. If you want to move up, be prepared to wait. Don't expect great leaders from upper or middle management. Lack of performance reviews, structure and information can be very annoying to some.

      Pros

      The company carries many team building events throughout the year and has status in the industry for it's time in business.

      Cons

      -EXTREMELY low pay compared to the market average -Several associates work remotely on a full time basis but management does not allow for new hires/other current employees to work remotely. Lack of fairness that causes issues between the folks that are remote and those that are not. -Lack of direction. Lots of meetings so management seems like it’s involved, but zero follow up after those meetings. -Heavy push for use of AI -Massive lack of diversity - HR consists of ONE person
