The company hired many people with good financial background so that he can cover up the discrimination done. The company hires highly experienced engineers at standard freshers salary who just had to accept the offer due to litlle job opportunities in Kashmir.The company spends a lot on infrastructure but when it comes to investing in employees , they turn a blind eye to that
