Pros
Young colleagues Good healthcare system Great for those that are from different backgrounds from finance They don't fire no one (this is a con but for someone it maybe be a plus)
Cons
Bad communication between superiors and lower employers with false promises of growing in side of the company. Low wages for those from financial background with no differentiation for those who studies for example history (how can this be possible ?) HR dep is very slow and inefficient without a clue of the day to day of the workers (this problem is derived from the lack of personal on the HR dep, i feel for them) The worst management that you can imagine. You can land on a "ok" team or you can land on a team lacking personal, superiores or general interest. You can land on a team with no workload or with huge workload. If you have financial background you very likely will work with something that you can't hold to your next job. The problem with BNP is the lack of consistency, the lack of profile vs position and the worst management that you can imagine. Two years lost if i didn't make longlife friends (that think 100% alike about the problems in BNP P)
