Pros

The company lacks the budget to hire and retain skilled professionals, which results in excessive workload being placed on a small team. Employees are expected to handle multiple roles without adequate support, leading to burnout and an unsustainable work environment. While this might offer some "LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES", it comes at the cost of extreme stress and lack of work-life balance

Cons

The work culture at BLive is extremely toxic, with leadership and managers frequently crossing professional boundaries by making personal remarks, including body shaming. There is a severe lack of vision, with business goals being changed every six months—yet the company continues to struggle with revenue generation. Instead of fostering growth, the leadership resorts to excessive micromanagement, creating a stressful environment that can seriously impact employees' mental health. Many leave feeling drained, and some may even require therapy to recover from the experience

Pros

Great learning exposure, supportive team, hands-on experience, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects.

Cons

The internship flew by too quickly, would have loved more time to learn and contribute further.

Pros

Working at BLive has been a genuinely rewarding experience. What stands out the most is the culture it’s fast-moving, collaborative, and very ownership driven. You’re not just doing a job here, you’re actually building something, and that reflects in the way teams work together. The people are one of the biggest strengths. Everyone is approachable, supportive, and willing to step in when needed. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and you get to interact closely with leadership, which helps in learning and decision making. In terms of growth, BLive gives you a lot of exposure and responsibility early on. If you’re someone who takes initiative, there are plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment, and make a real impact. The mindset here is very entrepreneurial you are encouraged to think beyond your role and contribute to the bigger picture.

Cons

Since the company is growing rapidly, things can be fast-paced and sometimes unstructured. You need to be comfortable adapting and figuring things out along the way.
