      Pros

      Good pay. Lots of coffee and food. Managers will great, took time to explain things. Got my days off when i needed them even though i was in my 90 days. Paid breaks is cool because you're only there for 8 hours and get paid for 8 hours.

      Cons

      HR policies are strict. Breaks are too short (2 15 min breaks in a 8 hour shift) Calls are very repetitive. Computer monitors could be bigger. Sometimes it gets cold in the winter.

      Work from home is the only pro

      Cons

      They are scamming customers. You even get a script and the trainer tells you the script is meant to bluff the customer. On top of that they charge you $250 for a background check that they never actually complete. Stay away from this company. They may be going to federal jail for fraud very soon.
