Pros

The people are great. I enjoy working with the customers and helping them.

Cons

They are a public company and we went from salary to now we cant work one minute before our start time nor one minute after our end time and yet the work is still growing. I want to be Salary and allowed to work the hours needed to service my customers as needed.

Everything about this company seems disorganized. Most positions appear to be filled with individuals who are clearly not capable of performing their duties properly, speaking specifically to leadership roles at all levels. This company feels like the entire weight of responsibility is on the techs regardless of if it's their job duty. Does not seem that anyone above the tech level is held accountable for their HUGE mistakes. I chose to leave this company because I was exhausted from fixing everyone's errors or lack of responsibility from supporting departments and the constant push to have Walmart locations done every 1-2 months versus the 3 months I was told upon hire.
