Interview
First of all, it was quite unprofessional of them having me meet up at a restaurant trying to find them when I got there. I've only done that twice in my life so far, and both I had no offers. Even though I seemed eager to get on board with the company I was told that since I'm HVAC certified they kind of felt discouraged about hiring HVAC techs cause right after they hire them they tend to leave to find another HVAC job.
They rather base their past experience with other techs on your final hiring decisions. I thought you would rather have someone knowledgeable about coming up on the rooftop and knowing right away with what they are dealing with instead of training an amateur. I was well qualified for the job but I guess they rathered look somewhere else.

Interview
They left a message on my smart phone which I called them back 3-4 times, then another person from the company called a weeks later. They had a list of questions but did not respond to the questions about the Sabbath, that I asked when I was asked if I had anything I would like to know about. Then they called be back another time to set up an interview with the hiring manger. So asked if the could make a religious accommodation for the Sabbath. He said he would call the hiring manager. Then there was another phone call. In the following conversation he said he did not know that the field techs were required to work on Saturday selling etc. so they could not make an religious exemption for me. no offer.
