      No prob atall. It sucks at all levels

      They give the worst hike. Work culture sucks, upper management doesn't have any knowledge and they throw work on subordinates. Exploiting. Worst work culture yet dint give any hike but just excuses

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
