      Extremely dysfunctional TA and IDE teams with a discriminatory a leader who uses their power to bully, threaten, and humiliate their employees, They smile with daggers coming towards you.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
