      BD is a great place to work and they have alot of benefits to offer to employee's . BD has been a local company for many years and is still today.

      Cons

      BD has become to caught up in the process of making their profit margins that they forgot about the employee's that started with them in the beginning.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
