      Good honest Culture, well established company with great market share. World wide travel and interaction with many cultures. Promotes community service.

      Cons

      Heavy corporate ladder. Red tape and documentation can impede innovations and slow progress to a crawl. Investment in India is increasing which puts many US jobs in jeopardy.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
