      -Good life/work balance. -Coworkers are good to work with

      Cons

      -Recently acquired by Becton Dickinson so that creates some job uncertainty -I am not a fan at all of the CEO.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
