      Pros

      Good vacation holiday specially Christmas unless your a full time employee. employee do stick with good value and respect regardless your contractor or fulltime.

      Cons

      To much red tape .. to many meetings, spent all your time to meeting plus red tape . they expect you do the work with minimal time.. at end of the day.. you burn out

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
