Pros
-Low stress -Good work-life balance -No need to jump through hoops or wait a long time to get the equipment and software you need -Interesting work -Nice people -Full gym in the lower level -Nice perks/discounts offered on things like mobile phone, dsl, event tickets -pension plan offered
Cons
-Terrible office configuration (No kitchen on the first floor, 80s decor, tight space, cluttered) -Not much vacation/plt time. (All employees get 3 week no matter how many years they've been working. I had 6 weeks at the last job based on my years of experience. You have to be there 10 years to get an additional week) -takes 5 years to be 100% vested in 401K
