Pros
the leadership of the company at its very top are great leaders with great integrity and vision. They are genuinely dedicated to the purpose of the company so you feel like you are working in a meaningful organization.
Cons
the leadership levels under the top are not the same. They are comfortable and afraid of change. The culture is very slow and everyone has a say in decision making. It takes forever to get the simplest things signed off and moved forward leaving a lot of projects behind schedule. There is a thing called "BD nice" where people are afraid to confront one another very often , leaving critical thoughts unshared. There is also an obvious generation gap amongst the associates and not a lot of Gen Ys seem to stay in the company for long.
