      Generous pay and expenses. Flexible work hours and good company culture let down by poorly performing senior managers, hiding behind weak subordinates.

      No proper management structure and left to figure out strategy for yourself with no collaboration or hand over.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
