      Pros

      Nice people, good product, compensation is reasonable and benefits are very good.

      Cons

      No support from upper management, work-life balance does not exist, lack of training on the "BD"-way of doing things and too many acronyms used, it makes it difficult to a new employee to understand the business.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
