Great pay, benefits, and bonuses. People are easy to work with and are motivated. Laid back office culture. Plenty of room for personal growth. BD offers several different educational programs and opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
You need to push for learning opportunities and growth. You have to work long hours if you want to show upper management that you are an outstanding employee. To much of a cost driven company, need to focus more on quality and innovation.
