Doing lots in the world of healthcare.

Due to BD being a global company they have lots of satellite divisions so can only comment on my experience of FS operations…. which were not very good … I should have read the signs from a very lazy impassive interview process. Quick chat on the phone followed by very lazy autonomous online quiz’s and tests. Then travel miles to interviews. The job was regional based but you are expected to work the whole country, long periods of standby. No real support, such as HR, Payroll and IT are mainly based out of the UK and can be frustratingly slow. IT problems will cause you to loose marks on your KPI’s ! Very good engineers came and went during my time there, why… go figure… Disparity of wages across the engineers,
