      Pros

      Laid back culture and streamlined. Mostly the work is properly distributed, very well maintained organizational structure. However if you find a bad one in the group, its your bad luck.

      Cons

      If you fall under a wrong attitude manager, he will screw you badly and too much of politics as you are the last one in food chain, so you can't do anything.

      Pros

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
