      Always hiring. You can build up experience. learn how not to do things.

      Rotating door at every level. Compensation is not adequate to the labor market. Talent is not valued.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
