      Pros

      Good shift pattern which makes family life easier. Alot of overtime on offer which can bump up your early wage significantly.

      Cons

      Building is old and needs to be refurbished and new canteen is needed with food provided.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
