      Different "pillars" covering lots different specialities Each "Pillar" has many market leading products and passionate champions for them

      Cons

      Big company, can feel lost in organisation Sometimes lack collaboration between different "pillars" Due to size can take time to effect change

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
