      politics , gossiping management , lies , too much micro management. management promotes people they like irrespective of their experience or skills. Incapable management . All the projects are outsourced to outside country. Run , Run , Run . Never think of joining BD @ Reston. High turn over rate , people leaving every month or every couple weeks. No growth potential. Cheap company.

      Good hours. Paid lunch, clean work environment.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
