      Good atmosphere and company values. It s a good product making a difference in peoples lives.

      Company can be overly conservative when considering change. Bureaucracy can be frustrating at times.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
