      This can be quite the challenging job by one where you will get an excellent amount of experience and opportunity.

      Cons

      The plant has a high stress environment under a team that lacks presence on process knowledge. The rapid changing deadlines and priorities make for a difficult and complicated business and life balance.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
