      Pros

      Pension, flexible schedule, ability to contribute ideas, vacation time, can grow with company, focus on employee health, continual education through out career

      Cons

      Quality management is blind to how toxic some employees are to the work environment. Hostile employees are kept out of convenience while great, hard working people run away and quit due to unnecessary stress and bullying.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
