      Pros

      The company has a solid idea on the direction it wants to go and is making the right acquisitions and correct R&D spend to be a great company. The people and culture are excellent. The benefits are good and compensation is fair.

      Cons

      The career growth opportunities are lacking. There tends to be a slow decision making processes especially when creating deals for customers

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
